When you launch a new product, you want to be 100 per cent sure that it meets your customers' specifications. Our product development team ensures all newly developed recipes undergo vigorous testing before market launch. We simulate practice conditions in our fully equipped modern technical centre with pilot-scale test equipment, which means we can scale up the results to industrial production lines. All incoming raw ingredients are, of course, checked by our quality control before they are released for production. Finished products are also consistently monitored and, before they reach you, they undergo multiple tests with regard to flavour and functionality, product composition and quality, technical properties and application safety.
A key part of our product development work for instant beverages includes extensive application and stress tests. By performing relevant simulations and gaining additional empirical data, we can reach conclusions on the shelf life and storage conditions. During our product development we use a wide range of analytical methods as well as a sensory panel of more than 20 tasters who receive continuous training according to DIN standards and who evaluate the appearance, odour and taste of your instant beverages.
