Private label topping powders for any requirement

Whatever your requirements, we will develop the optimum private label topping powder for you and your ideal product. The main components – depending on your specific recipe – are milk powder, coffee creamer, lactose or lactoprotein. The fat content ranges from zero to 30 per cent. A topping powder’s primary job, besides producing a full-flavoured milky taste, is to create a creamy fine froth as expected on a cappuccino, latte macchiato or even a drinking chocolate.

100 % milk powder topping as pure indulgence

As part of a cooperative, we can also offer topping powder made from 100 % milk. The 100 % milk powder is either made from pure skimmed milk powder or from a blend of skimmed and whole milk powder. This gives you the whole milk flavour without additives and it can be declared a clean label product. At request, we can develop milk powders specifically for use in vending machines or in a capsule.

They have exceptional froth stability and are therefore ideally suited to producing speciality coffees such as cappuccino or latte macchiato. Depending on your intended application, we also offer different textures of milk powder: Agglomerated, instant or granulated – you decide. Our 100 % milk powders are clean label products without any additives.
